So far, we have concentrated on Riesling and Shiraz, the foundations of 150 years of winemaking in the region. The first releases were two benchmarks - 2003 Eden Valley Wines Riesling and 2002 Eden Valley Wines Shiraz. They have been followed by exceptional wines from the next vintages of those varieties.

Our winemaker members select the best fruit from the group’s individual vineyards to make the Eden Valley Wines Riesling and blend the best wine available from the partners’ maturing barrel stocks for the Eden Valley Wines Shiraz.

In this way we can present wines which truly reflect the region’s best varietal characteristics - wines that we believe are the pinnacle of Eden Valley.
